We work with restaurants to develop bespoke knives and tableware, designed around the food, setting and experience you want to create.
The result may begin with an existing Stoic pattern or require a more individual approach. We will establish what is practical before any development work begins.

We can consider blade form, edge geometry, handle material, finish, branding and presentation. Every project is assessed individually, with feasibility, order quantity and timescale agreed before design work begins.
